Description
This dump-and-go Buffalo chicken dip is my favorite cozy party recipe when I want something bold, creamy, and comforting without stress. I simply add everything to the slow cooker, walk away, and let the flavors melt together into a rich, spicy dip that brings everyone to the table.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- I add the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
- I place the cream cheese on top and pour in the Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
- I sprinkle in the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- I cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours until everything melts.
- I stir well until creamy and smooth.
- I finish with green onions and serve warm.
Notes
I adjust the heat by adding more or less Buffalo sauce. I store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat gently. I sometimes swap ranch for blue cheese dressing for a stronger flavor.
