Description

This creamy ranch pasta salad with bacon is rich, comforting, and perfect for gatherings. Tender pasta is coated in a creamy ranch dressing, mixed with crispy bacon, fresh vegetables, and sharp cheddar cheese for a dish everyone loves.


Ingredients

  • 400 g rotini pasta
  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until tender. Drain and cool slightly.
  2. Fry bacon until crispy, then drain and chop.
  3. Mix ranch dressing and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  4. Combine pasta with dressing until evenly coated.
  5. Add tomatoes, onion, cheese, and most of the bacon.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with herbs and remaining bacon.

Notes

This salad tastes even better after resting. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add a little extra ranch if it dries out.
