Description

This Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta Salad is rich, comforting, and full of flavor. Tender pasta is coated in a silky garlic-Parmesan dressing that feels indulgent but balanced. Perfect for gatherings, picnics, or cozy family meals.


Ingredients

  • 300 g short pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool slightly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and gently sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Slowly stir the warm garlic oil into the dressing.
  5. Fold pasta into the dressing and mix gently.
  6. Finish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

Let pasta cool slightly before mixing to avoid melting the dressing. Store in the fridge up to 3 days. Refresh with a splash of milk or olive oil before serving.
