- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Stir in most of the cheese, reserving some for the top.
- Spread into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest briefly and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce. This dip can be prepared a day ahead and baked just before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
