Ingredients

  • 3 cups rotini or penne pasta
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in well-salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.
  2. Chop broccoli into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ranch dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Add pasta, broccoli, and cheese to the bowl.
