Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¾ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • ¼ cup crushed toasted hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs and milk together until smooth.

  3. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan and lightly butter it.
  5. Cook thin crepes on both sides until lightly golden.

Notes

Let the batter rest for softer crepes. You can prepare crepes ahead and fill them just before serving. Add bananas or berries for variation.
