- 120 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 apple, sliced
- 2 croissants, cut into pieces
- 4 slices bread, lightly toasted
- 1 cup marshmallows
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
- Set the bowl over gently simmering water and stir until halfway melted.
- Add warm cream slowly, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Stir in vanilla and a pinch of sea salt, then remove from heat.
- Arrange fruit, bread, croissants, and marshmallows on a large board.
- Pour chocolate into a warm bowl and place it at the center.
- Serve immediately and enjoy together.
Notes
Use good-quality chocolate for best flavor. You can mix dark and milk chocolate for a sweeter taste. Reheat chocolate gently over water if needed. Slice fruit just before serving for freshness.
