Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups zucchini and mushrooms, sautéed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Sauté garlic and vegetables in olive oil until soft and dry.
  3. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold in shredded cheeses, chicken, and vegetables.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
