Description

This Cheesy Ground Beef Pasta Skillet is a warm, comforting one-pan dinner made with tender pasta, rich ground beef, and melted cheese. Perfect for busy nights when you want something hearty, cozy, and family-friendly without extra dishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 300 g short pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until soft, then stir in garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce and beef broth, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook pasta separately until al dente, then add it to the skillet.
  5. Lower the heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy. Serve hot.

Notes

Shred your own cheese for the creamiest texture. Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers to keep the pasta creamy. You can substitute ground turkey or add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
