Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt, then taste and adjust.
- Fold in shredded rotisserie chicken and 1 cup of the cheese.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat. Swap Greek yogurt with sour cream if preferred. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat gently to maintain creaminess.
