- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and salt.
- Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheeses.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Adjust the heat by adding more or less buffalo sauce. This dip can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
