- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
- Add spices and shredded chicken and stir well.
- Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for best melting. Adjust buffalo sauce to control heat. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
