Description

This Buffalo Chicken Dip with Cheddar and Mozzarella is creamy, cheesy, and full of bold flavor. I make it when I want an easy, comforting dish that brings everyone together around the table. Perfect for gatherings, cozy nights, or sharing with family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
  3. Add spices and shredded chicken and stir well.
  4. Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella.
  5. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for best melting. Adjust buffalo sauce to control heat. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat gently.
