- 1 can crescent roll dough (8 pieces)
- 8 breakfast sausages
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg for egg wash
- Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly cook breakfast sausages until just set, then cool.
- Scramble eggs gently with butter until soft.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Add eggs, cheese, and one sausage to each piece.
- Roll gently and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle seasoning.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
Notes
Use puff pastry for a flakier texture. These can be assembled the night before and baked fresh in the morning. Reheat best in the oven or air fryer.
