- 8 breakfast sausages
- ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Pinch of black pepper or garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brown breakfast sausages in a skillet and let cool slightly.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place one sausage at the wide end of each triangle and sprinkle with cheese if using.
- Roll dough gently around sausage and place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and season lightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and flaky.
