- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cut the crescent roll dough into thin strips.
- Wrap each mini sausage with a strip of dough.
- Place seam-side down on the tray.
- Brush lightly with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
Notes
You can prepare these ahead of time and bake just before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven for best texture. Serve with mustard, ketchup, or honey mustard.
