These Berry Yogurt Breakfast Cups combine creamy Greek yogurt, fresh seasonal berries, and crunchy granola for a nourishing, make-ahead breakfast that feels light, comforting, and naturally sweet.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Wash and dry all berries carefully.
  3. Spoon yogurt into serving cups or jars.
  4. Add a layer of mixed berries followed by granola.
  5. Repeat layers and finish with berries on top.

Notes

Prepare up to 3 days ahead and store covered in the refrigerator. Keep granola separate if you prefer extra crunch. Swap berries with seasonal fruit as desired.
