  • 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thinly and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a hot pan.
  4. Sear beef in batches until browned, then remove.
  5. Add vegetables to the same pan and stir-fry briefly.
  6. Return beef to the pan, add sauce, and simmer until glossy.
  7. Remove from heat and divide into meal prep containers.
