  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add oil, then beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in vanilla and almond extract.
  5. Whisk flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk.
  7. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
  8. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top if desired.
  9. Bake for 50–55 minutes until golden and set.
  10. Cool before slicing and serving.
